7. Fault information and processing
The energy storage inverter is designed according to the grid-connected operation
standard and meets the safety requirements and electromagnetic compatibility
requirements. Before leaving the factory, the inverter undergoes several rigorous
tests to ensure that the inverter can operate reliably.
If any of the fault messages listed in Table 6-1 appear on your inverter and
the fault has not been removed after restarting, please contact your local dealer
or service center. You need to have the following information ready.

PV isolation resitance is too low
1. Check the connection of PV panels and inverter is firmly and
correctly;
2. Check whether the PE cable of inverter is connected to gound;
3. Seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

specification;
2. Check whether grid AC cables are firmly and correctly
connected;
