STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
a ) When not in use, store equipment where it will not be
affected by heat, light, excessive moisture, chemicals,
or other corrosive elements.
b ) The product should be kept and transported in its
original packaging or in airtight packaging.
DISPOSAL
a ) If any wear or damage is observed, the product
must be removed from service and destroyed. Using
scissors, cut the textile to dismantle it.
PRODUCT LABEL
Product label has the following information:
LIFESPAN: The estimated product Lifespan depends if the
product passes the pre use inspection and periodic inspection
by competent person. The following factors can reduce the
Lifespan of the product: intense use, contact with chemical
substances, especially aggressive environments, extreme
temperature exposure, UV exposure, abrasions, cuts, violent
impacts, bad use or maintenance.
DISCLAIMER: Prior to use the end user must read and
understand the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with
this product at the time of shipment and seek training from
their employer’s trained personnel on the proper usage of the
product. Manufacturer is not liable or responsible for any loss,
damage or injury caused or incurred by any person on grounds
of improper usage or installation of this product.

WARNING:
After every use or if the power tool
lanyard has arrested a tool fall, the tool lanyard
should be checked by a competent person. If
deemed not fit for use, it should be immediately
removed from use.

unit or make repairs to the equipment. Send the
equipment back to the manufacturer, or person or
entities authorized in writing by the manufacturer
to make repairs to the equipment.

THE FOLLOWING IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO ORIGINAL RETAIL BUYERS OF DFP SAFETY CORPORATION
DROPPED OBJECT PREVENTION PRODUCTS OR PARTS. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT ASSIGNABLE OR
TRANSFERABLE. DFP SAFETY CORPORATION MAKES NO WARRANTY TO ANYONE ELSE, INCLUDING OTHER
PURCHASERS AND/OR USERS, AND NONE SHALL BE IMPLIED.
Except as otherwise provided in this warranty, DFP Safety Corporation Dropped Object Prevention Products
are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.
LIMITED REMEDY: The sole and exclusive remedy for any DFP Safety Corporation product found to be
defective in materials and workmanship is repair or replacement, at the sole option of DFP Safety
Corporation, or its authorized warranty service providers. If this exclusive remedy is deemed to have
failed of its essential purpose, DFP Safety Corporation’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of
the DFP Safety Corporation product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event will DFP Safety Corporation be liable for any direct, indirect,
special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (including lost profit) whether based on
warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
This warranty does not cover any DFP Safety Corporation product that has been abused, altered, worn out,
contaminated, rusted, excessively heated, ground, damaged due to improper loading, used for a purpose
other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with DFP Safety Corporation’s
instructions regarding use.
The existence of a defect in materials or workmanship shall be determined by DFP Safety Corporation in
accordance with procedures established by DFP Safety Corporation. No one is authorized to make any
statement or representation altering the terms of this warranty.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND
THE FACE OF THIS DOCUMENT.
This writing supersedes all prior oral or written agreements or representations and excludes all warranties
not set forth herein.
