ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, turn tool off and
disconnect tool from power source before making any adjustments or removing/
installing attachments or accessories.
Setting the Air Temperature (Fig. 1)
The air temperature can be adjusted to suit a wide range of applications. Turn the air
temperature adjustment knob (D) clockwise or counterclockwise for higher or lower
heat. The table below suggests settings for different applications.

Temperature Settings (Fig. 1)
Set the desired target temperature in increments off 10
˚
C by briefly pressing the
+ or – buttons (H). Pressing the buttons (H) increases (+) or decreases (–) the
temperature continuously until the buttons are released or the minimum/maximum
temperature is reached. The display will show the temperature adjusting until the
target temperature is reached.
Begin with a low temperature setting and gradually increase the temperature until
optimum results are achieved.
The target temperature will not change when switching between air flow settings.
The target temperature is stored in the memory of the tool. Each time the heat gun is
turned on, it will heat to the last selected temperature.

This tool is supplied with a set of accessories for different
applications.
