 — Orbitor 6000 Installation & Applications Guide

Installing A Wan Port Expansion Board

To upgrade a 7 port Orbitor 6 bridge/router to a 14 port unit, simply install the WAN port
expansion board and the new link modules.  Follow these steps to install the WAN port
expansion board.  After the expansion board is installed, install the additional link modules
as indicated previously.

1)

Remove power from the Orbitor 6 bridge/router.

2)

Open the front panel and remove the main board.

3)

Attach the WAN port expansion board to the bottom of the main board.  The
connector on the top of the expansion board mates with the connector on the
bottom of the main board.
