MECHANICAL RISKS
1. Risks created by extreme surrounding
temperature Remember that excessively low
temperature (-30°C) can freeze the Diesel
oil inside the pump and that this can cause
serious damage to all parts of the motor pump.
2. Excessively high temperature (40°C in the
shade) can cause the sagging or dilatation
of the unit’s plastic parts. We recommend
fastening the unit in a well-ventilated area
protected from direct sunlight.
Disposal:
Once item end-of-life, please dispose valuable
raw materials for a proper recycling. If you are
not sure how to handle it in a correct way please
contact your local disposal or recycling centers
for advice.

The pump tails to turn.
1. No power supply.
2. Impeller jammed.
3. Motor malfunction.
1. Check the clamps and the safety
devices.
2. Disassemble, check for signs of
damage or clogging, Reassemble.
3. Contact your local dealer.
Decreased pump flow.
1. Tank liquid level tool low.
2. By-pass valve jammed.
3. Filter clogged.
4. Air in the suction tube.
5. Decreased pump rotation speed.
6. Leakage of Diesel oil.
7. The suction tube is resting on
the bottom of the tank.
8. Excessive suction height.
1. Fill up the tank.
2. Clean and re-assemble.
3. Clean the filter.
4. Make sure that the suction tube is
not damaged
5. Check and correct pump voltage.
6. Check the connector and gaskets.
7. Raise the tube in the tank.
8. Lower the lever of the pump.
