Charging and
Operating
Time
Charging time (flat battery) to full capacity: 8 hrs for the hand-
set, and about 24 hrs for the spare battery in the charger. The
handset is fully functional while its battery is charging.
Talking time:
approx. 8 hrs (with a fully charged battery)
Standby time:
approx. 80 hrs (with a fully charged battery)
Charge Display
The battery charge is indicated on the display by the following
symbols:

Charge status being determined –
border flashes (e.g. after changing the battery)
The flashing segments indicate that charging is in progress
when the handset is in the charger.
Charge
Warning
You are warned when the battery’s capacity is almost spent: If
you are not on the phone, you hear a short beep every
minute. During a call you hear three short beeps every minute.
This means you have about 5 mins.’ talking time left.
If you switch on the handset when the battery is almost flat, the
display is briefly activated and then goes off.
Startup
Registering the
Handset
Your handset can operate on a maximum of ten different DECT
systems. For this purpose it has to be registered on each DECT
system.
