Should structural changes be made to the building (new walls, large metal cabinets or
frames, new insulating-glass windows etc.) after the measurements have been carried out, the
signal strength, especially at the edges of the cordless telephony cells, may be severely
impaired. In this case this measurement report ceases to be valid. If problems occur in such
cases, a new measurement report must be drawn up for the new situation, whereby new
base stations may be required. Any costs incurred as a result of such alterations are to be
borne by the customer.
