phone (source), you can deactivate
the "follow me" function by switch-
ing off
Divert phone
. If the "follow
me" function is active, all telephone
numbers of the other device are for-
warded immediately (with the
exception of hunt group numbers).
"Messages" Menu
Short messages:
You see the list
(senders) of short messages sent to
you by other subscribers via the
OpenCTI. Select an entry, and you
will see a drop-down menu
enabling you to view the short mes-
sage (content, sender, date), delete
the selected message, or delete the
entire list of short messages.
Use the arrow keys to scroll through
the display function.
E-mail:
You see the list (senders) of
e-mails received. Select an entry,
and you will see a drop-down menu
enabling you to view the e-mail
(subject text, sender, date), delete
the selected e-mail, or delete the
entire list of e-mails.

Appointments:
You see the status of
both appointments. To program an
appointment, select one with the

can enter the time at which the
appointment reminder is to be acti-
vated. Select
Reason

reason for the appointment. Select
Repeat to determine
whether the
appointment reminder should be
given once, only on weekdays, only
at the weekend or every day. Acti-
vate the appointment reminder
with
On
and deactivate with
Off
.
Messenger:
You can save a prede-
fined message here which is shown
on the display of the caller’s tele-
phone when you receive an internal
call. If no message is to be dis-
played, set the "Available" text.
