Short Cuts
In addition to the Service Menu, the features of your telephone and communication system can also
be configured via short cuts. Short cuts are easy to remember and can also be carried out on analo-
gue standard telephones (with DTMF / touch-tone dialling). Short cuts always begin with either
pressing the star or hash key.
The following overview is a list of the different code digits for communication systems in Germany
and Switzerland. Please note that the code digits can also be changed by customer service. Please
ask your system administrator for more information.
Note
Short Cuts can be saved on the second level of the number keys just like a call number (see page 54).
In this case, the service features are activated by pressing the star/shift key (long press) and then
pressing the programmed key.
Short cuts can only be carried out after pressing the receiver key or during a connection.
If the setting has been successfully carried out, a brief succession of confirmation tones will be
heard, and generally the pos – confirmation will appear in the display. If the setting has been rejec-
ted, you will hear the busy signal and the display will indicate a neg – confirmation.
