Enquiry / Toggling and Transfer
During a call you can start an enquiry to consult with another subscriber. Your initial subscriber waits
during this process ("hold"). You can switch back and forth between the two calls ("toggling"). In
addition, it is possible to establish a connection between the two subscribers.

Press the R Key and enter the desired call number.
The connection will be established, the first subscriber waits.

Switch back and forth between the subscribers with the R Key ("toggling").

The softkey ends the current connection. Switch back to the subscriber
on hold with the R Key.

Press the receiver key to establish a connection between the two subscribers.
Note
You can connect the call without waiting until the third subscriber picks up. The same procedure
applies when the third subscriber is busy.
After pressing the R key and dialling the call number, press the receiver key. As soon as the third
subscriber picks up or is free again, the call will be transferred.
Call Waiting (Accepting)
If a subscriber is busy, you can notify them with "call waiting". The subscriber will hear a call-waiting
tone over the loudspeaker.
