INSTRUCTIONS
This product is designed for removing
material using a chisel or suitable needles.
No other use permitted. For professional use only.
Before intervening on the machine, switch off the
air supply, empty the hose and disconnect it from
the main supply.
When disposing of components, lubricants,
e tc., en sure t hat th e re le vant safe ty
procedures are carried out.
The tool is designed for a working pressure of
6.3 bar (90 psig). The compressed air must
b e c l e a n . T h e i n s t a l l a t i o n o f a f i l t e r i s
recommended. For maximum efficiency and
performance, comply with the specification of the
air hose (antistatic hose). (Refer to figure no.1 for
compressed air connection)
The use of spare parts other than those
originally supplied by the manufacturer may
result in a drop in performance or in
increased maintenance and level of vibration
and will entail in the full cancellation of the
manufacturer's warranty.
For reasons of safety and liability for the product,
any changes made to the tool and its accessories
must be authorised by the manufacturer.
To obtain maximum efficiency from the
pneumatic tool, preserve its features and
avoid repeated repairs, a routine inspection and
repair programme are recommended at least every
1,000 hours, the intervals between the various
inspections depending on the amount of exertion
on the power tool.
• Disassemble the tool, clean the parts with an
appropriate solvent and check them carefully.
• Lubricate and reassemble the unit.
•The hammer is lubricated with oil type like
SHELL Natural HF or CASTROL Carelube
HTG 22 oil. To ensure proper lubrication,
the use of a lubricator / regulating filter is
recommended. It shall be positioned above or at
the same level as the work station. Daily check
the oil level in the lubricator and oil flow
adjustment.
At low temperatures, the tool reaches its optimal
performance level after working a few minutes.
