BURNER CLEANING
The cleaning of the burner must be carried out by authorised people strictly following the burner own instructions manual.
HEAT EXCHANGER CLEANING
The cleaning of the heat exchanger must be carried out by authorised people and is subject to specific regulations.
Generally speaking, the operation should be carried out annually at the start of each winter.
Proceed as follows:
Remove the inspection panel

Remove the inspection door

Remove the burner;

, disconnect the chimney pipe from the connector

, remove the side panels

and the inspection doors

Pull out any tubing

Clean the tube pack

with a tube brush and, with a vacuum cleaner through the burner opening

remove any soot
and obstructions which have been depositating in the combustion chamber

Remove the soot and obstrucions depositated in the rear fume manifold

using a vacuum cleaner in the chimney

Reassemble everything taking care that the seal is good and replacing any seals if necessary.
