MAINTENANCE – HYDRAULICS
In order to maintain the hydraulic oil at
its peak performance, two different
types of filter namely:
•
Air breather (A)
•
Return line filters (B)
Air breather :
This combined unit, which also acts as
a filler cap, filters the displacement of
air
.
The filter is rated at 40 microns, and is
of non-replacement type. This must
not be left off the machine at any time.
Return Line Filter :
The 2 x 25 micron filters, which are
fitted on the return line before the filter
and remove any tiny particles which
can cause damage to the pumps
and motors etc.
The filter element should be changed
in accordance with the routine
maintenance schedule.
