4.2. Torque Adjustment
For an external torque adjustment use the following steps:
1. Disconnect screwdriver from air supply.
2. Unscrew cylinder head screw 800486 from the guide bolt. Carefully turn
and pull off the reduction gear, until one slot on its housing and one slot
of the motor housing of the screwdriver becomes visible.
3. Push the supplied hand screwdriver 326240 through the slot on the mo-
tor housing into the half-round bore of the lock ring (if necessary, turn bit
by hand).
4. By turning the hand screwdriver clockwise (-), the torque is reduced and
by turning it counter-clockwise (+), the torque is increased.
5. Re-assemble the reduction gear onto the screwdriver and tighten it by
means of cylinder head screw 800486 onto the guide bolt.
