When trouble is found, check the following before contacting your distributor. If none
of these are applicable or the trouble is not remedied even after action has been
taken, the product may have failed. Contact your distributor.

The power lamp does not turn
on when the charging stand is
plugged into the AC outlet.
Charging lamp light does not
light when handpiece is insert-
ed in charging stand.
The internal fuse has burnt.
No battery is inserted.
The charging contacts are
dirty.
The battery is defective.
Contact your distributor.
Insert battery.
Clean the contacts by rubbing
with a cotton swab.
Replace battery.
The motor handpiece does not
turn on.
The motor handpiece does not
rotate.
The motor handpiece does not
rotate. (“S.t” is displayed in the
torque box.)
No battery is inserted.
The battery is depleted.
The battery is defective.
There is an open circuit
inside the motor handpiece.
The contra-angle attachment
is clogged.
There is a short circuit inside
the motor handpiece.
Insert battery.
Charge the battery.
Replace the battery.
Contact your distributor.
Clean or replace the contra-
angle attachment.
