SELECTOR SWITCH GAS SAVING MODE
With the selector switch gas consumption can be restricted and noise can be reduced, if less power is
needed. If the gas saving mode is enabled and connected consumers are turned off, the generator
switches to gas saving mode. If the consumer is turned on again, the generator increases power until
it meets the demand.
Attention!
The gas saving mode is not adequate for use if the operator needs energy very quickly.
If several consumers with high power need are connected, turn off the selector switch gas
saving mode in order to eliminate voltage fluctuation.
Turn off the selector switch gas saving mode if the generator is constantly running on rated
power.
Solely protection switches that are made specifically for the generator offer effective protection
against electric shock. Pay attention to equal rated power and performance characteristics
when replacing the protection switches.
Due to the high mechanical strain, only resilient flexible cables with rubber jacket or similar
materials should be used (acc. to IEC 245-4).
