Troubleshooting
If you are not able to get a signal from a DAB/DAB+ station:
After you have powered on
DN-300DH for the first time, press the
DAB Auto
button so it can search for stations available
in your area. Once auto-tuned, you do not need to do it again unless you take it to another
part of the country with different coverage or if you want to scan for new stations.
If the DAB/DAB+ signal is not heard in stereo:
Stations that broadcast mostly talk or speech
are usually broadcast in mono.
If the DAB/DAB+ radio signal has digital artifacts or low quality sound:
Try
adjusting the
antenna for better reception. Also, the station may be broadcasting at a lower bit rate. Check
to see if the signal broadcasts on another station at a higher bit rate.
