Checking or Replacement of Brass Rings
(Please refer to pump assembly)
The suction valve assembly has to be first remove.
Once the suction has been removed, use a punch to gently knock the brass ring (pos 34) out of the
pump head (pos 45). Take extra caution not to knock on the step inside the pump head.
Check “O” ring and packing, replace where necessary. Clean all the parts and replace the worn
parts with the corresponding parts in the repair kit. Reassemble the in reverse order and pay extra
care to the orientation of parts during assembly.
