Battery protection
Li-ion battery in your e-bike is equipped with its own control unit - BMS (Battery Management
System). This system, inter alia, monitors and controls the charging and discharging currents
and also serves as protection against deep discharge or overcharging. However, if battery is
automatically switched off by BMS, do not attempt to restart the system and continue using
motor assistance. It may cause deep discharge of battery cells and its irreversible damage.
This damage can be diagnosed and is not covered by warranty. As soon as possible recharge
the battery.

Use only the charger, supplied with your e-bike and make sure not to confuse with another char
-
ger. The battery charger can be used only indoor. Avoid any contact with water or other fluids
while charging the battery. If the battery, charger or any connections become wet, immediately
unplug the charger and thoroughly dry all components prior to charging the battery. Charging is
permitted only in temperature range 0 ~ 40 °C!
Storage
When storing your battery for a long period of time (longer than two months), remove the bat
-
tery from the bike, recharge it and store in a cool, dry and safe place within the temperature
range of 0
~ 25 °C
. Lithium-ion batteries are best stored at a 40–60% charge level. During long
term storage, recharge your battery to 40–60% every 60 days. Determine charge level using
either the built-in charge indicator on the battery pack, or the battery gauge on the bike. Bat
-
teries slowly self-discharge when left unused for a long period of time; if the battery cells are al
-
lowed to reach a critically low voltage, their lifespan and capacity will be permanently reduced.
Range
Many factors affect the range that you will experience with the bicycle. These include:
- Selected degree of assistance
- Battery state-of-charge
- Profile of the selected route
- Weather conditions
- The total weight of the cyclist and baggage - Tire inflation pressure, etc.
For maximum range, fully recharge the battery and check the technical condition your E-bike
before each ride. With the correct gear choice and level of assistance so that you do not consu
-
me unnecessary battery power, range on a single charge can be significantly increased.
Transport
Lithium-ion batteries are subject to many regulations, and are often considered dangerous
material by carriers. Be sure to check for relevant laws, and ask the carrier for approval prior
to shipping a lithium-ion battery, or transporting it by air.
Warranty
The warranty on the battery is 12 months from the sale of the e-bike. During this time, the
nominal capacity should not fall below 70% of its declared capacity.

4.1. Normal operation
Power on/off
Press for 2s, the display will turn ON. Press
for 2s, the display will turn OFF. It will auto

matically turn OFF when standby in 5 minutes.
Level selection

to switch between the different support levels (1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5). Lowest level and
the default level is 1; Highest level is 5; when no LED light, it is park level.
Lamp/LED display luminance
Press

for 2s, LED display turn dim, then turn on the front lamp and rear lamp at the same
time. Again press

2s, LED display highlight, meanwhile turn off front light and rear light (if fail
to manipulate the lamps manually, need to restart the LED HMI and then lamps can restore
automatically).
Push-assistance selection

for 2 seconds, the push assistance will be turned ON. If you move your finger away from
this button, the push-assistance will be turned OFF.
