3.2. Assembly and disassembly of semi-integrated battery
Battery Installation
Insert the lower part first (1) and subsequently push the battery from the side into the slot in
the frame (2).
Removing the battery
Unlock battery with turning the key 90 ° clockwise (3). While holding the key in open position,
pull the handle towards you (4) and remove the battery from the frame.
Battery is automatically locked after inserting into frame. The battery lock is used as protection
against theft and in addition as a safeguard against spontaneous battery falling out during
riding. Take the key from the lock and keep in safe place for future battery removal.
3.3. Charging the battery
Li-ion battery of your e-bike can be recharged at any state of discharge. It is recommended
to fully recharge the battery after each ride, as soon as it has cooled to room temperature.
Use only the supplied charger. Do not use the charger with a damaged case or power cord.
There is a risk of electric shock.
Meaning of the LED charger status indicator:
RED – the battery is charging
GREEN- the battery is fully charged
Warning:
The battery is supplied partially charged. To ensure full battery capacity, fully charge the battery
in the charger before using it for the first time. To charge the battery, read and follow the instruc

tions in the operating manual for the charger.
