Connecting the mains (AC) – general notes
Grounding the inverter
If the selected grounding system contains a PE/PEN conduc-
tor (TN-C, TN-S, TN-S, TN-C-S) and this is contained in the AC
cable, use the PE terminal provided for this purpose (near the AC
connection terminal block). In addition, for the protection of users,
the inverter enclosure must always be grounded via one of the
external terminals.
In an IT type earth connection scheme, the inverter housing can
be connected to earth, either through one of the external termi-
nals or by using the provided PE terminal (near the AC connec-
tion terminal).
