Removing the Multimedia Card Reader
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before Working Inside Your Computer
.
2.
Remove the
cover
.
3.
Remove the
front bezel
.
4.
Disconnect the data cable connector from the system board.
5.
Remove the screws that secure the multimedia card-reader assembly to the computer.
6.
Remove the multimedia card reader from the computer by sliding it through the front of the computer.
Replacing the Multimedia Card Reader
To replace the multimedia card reader, perform the above steps in reverse order.
