Removing the PC Card Reader
1.
Follow the instructions in "
Preparing to Work Inside the Computer
."
2.
Remove the
display assembly
.
3.
Remove the
keyboard
.
4.
Remove the
palm rest
.
5.
Remove the four M2 x 3-mm screws securing the PC card reader to the system board.
6.
Use the pull-tab to disconnect the PC Card reader connector from the system board.
7.
Lift the PC card reader straight up out of the computer.
