Persistent vs. Shared Image Disk Space Planning 

When planning a DVS Simplified deployment with persistent desktops, we must assume 
that users can potentially utilize 100% of the disk space given to the golden image. As the 
number of, or size of the golden image increases, the amount of persistent users 
supported decreases. Below are examples of how the maximum number of users per 
server varies by workload as you increase the number of golden images. 
Note: Any number of golden images can be supported. The table below is displaying 
three data points of 2, 5 and 10 golden images for example purposes only.
