Use the hooks on the chassis as guides to align the hard drive backplane.
2.
Slide down the hard-drive backplane until the release tabs snap into place.
3.
Connect the SAS/SATA/SSD data, signal, and power cables to the backplane.

Keep the #2 Phillips screwdriver handy.
Steps
1.
Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw(s) securing the control panel to the chassis.
CAUTION: Do not use excessive force when removing the control panel as it can damage the
connectors.
2.
Release the locking tabs of the control panel by angling up the control panel and away from the
system.
3.
Remove all the cables connecting the control panel to the chassis.
