To attach the pommel;
thread the
Velcro on the end of the pommel
through the top patch on the
hammock seat (see fig. 12), then
through the loop on the underside of
the pommel followed by the front
patch; fold the Velcro back on itself
and attach to the hook Velcro on the
pommel.
To attach the groin pad;
thread
the strap on the bottom of the pad
through the required loop on the seat
(see Fig 13) and back through the
webbing loop on the bottom of the
groin pad; adjust the length and secure
in the buckle.
The groin pad can be removed if not
required.
