DESCRIPTION
FUNCTION
Instant button
Jogs the bowl to help the dough extraction.
Two position selector
When turned to the left : the manual operation
cycle is enabled.
When turned to the right : the automatic
operation cycle is enabled.
Three position selector
Left position: clockwise bowl rotation
Middle position: no bowl rotation
Right position: anticlockwise bowl rotation
Red mushroom button on
a yellow background
Emergency button. When pressed it stops the
machine completely by cutting off the voltage
from the electric circuits.
Button I
When pressed the spiral rotates at 1
st
speed and
the bowl rotates at chosen direction
Button II
When pressed the spiral rotates at 2nd speed and
the bowl rotates only anticlockwise

Controls time of 1st speed
