5.2
Using the voltage detector in an installation
After the functional test has been performed, the
green light “0”
is illuminated meaning that the
voltage detector is ready for testing.
Please note that voltage tests may only be performed as long as the green light “0” is illuminated,
that is the voltage detector is ready for testing.
The voltage detector is ready for testing as long as it is operational. After that, the voltage detec
tor switches off automatically. If further tests are to be carried out,
press the
“TEST” button
again to perform a functional test.
The voltage detector is immediately ready for testing again.
If
“voltage present”
is indicated, an electronic interlock prevents that the detector automatically
switches off during testing. After testing, the device remains
ready for testing

) as long as it is operational.
Another functional test must be performed after testing.
