Alarm codes
An alarm code is a temporary boiler status resulting from the detection of an anomaly. If an alarm code still remains after several
automatic start-up attempts, the boiler goes into fault mode.
When one of the codes below is displayed, contact the professional responsible for maintenance of the boiler.

Resetting the burner safety unit
If the indicator light on the safety unit is red, there is a burner fault.
1. Reset the burner safety unit by pressing and holding the reset button
for one second.
Important
To reset the safety unit, the burner must be switched on.
2. If the burner fault persists, contact the professional who handles
maintenance of the boiler.

List of burner faults
Before carrying out any work, the following checks must be performed:
Check that the boiler and the burner are switched on.
Check that the oil supply is correct.
Check that there is a heating demand for the regulator or thermostat on the boiler.
Check that the flue gas circuit allows correct combustion.
If one of the codes below is displayed, contact the professional responsible for maintenance of the boiler.
