The Node Casting (item 2) should be used as a marking template to correctly position the required
holes.
Important:
If the bracket is to be installed as a wall bracket (with the mounting arm fixed at 90°),
the Node Casting needs to be mounted with the levelling faces (b) exactly horizontal and
vertical. Use a spirit or bubble level to ensure the faces are level.
Note:
The Node Casting is designed with ‘punch out’ holes in the base to allow the network cable
to exit the back of the casting. If this installation technique is used, the Gland should be
sealed to prevent water ingress.
Note:
Locating a dome on a corner of a building will give an increased area of surveillance. An
optional corner bracket (DM/CAM/SDACM/N) will adapt the standard wall bracket to suit this
application.
The four screws (item 3) Node Casting to the wall, using 4 x ¼”(M6) plugs.

orientation.
2.
Insert 4 x ¼”(M6) plugs (item 1) into the holes and mount the Node Casting (item 2)
using the 4 wall fixing screws (item 3) provided.

Connect the cable from the network to the three way and four way connector
blocks as detailed in the ‘Electrical Connections’ section of this manual.
