6.5 BLOCKAGE BETWEEN FILTER PAN AND FLEX HOSE VALVE?
Blockage has been
determined to be between
the filter pan bottom and
the flex hose valve.
Is this a
2424SCF Fryer/Filter
System?
Disconnect oil line from
the filter pan to the
pump at the pump end.
Put finger over the
inlet connection to
the pump.
Turn the pump
"ON".
Does
the pump motor
run?
Do you feel
suction?
Pump is clear of
any blockages.
Go to page 11 and
continue following
the flowchart.
Pump motor is
clogged or faulty.
Contact your local
Factory Authorized
Service Center.
Check filter circuit
breaker. Push the
circuit breaker reset
button.
Turn the heater
"ON".
Does the
suction line feel
warm?
The heater is
working properly.
Turn the heater
"OFF".
Is the power
cord connected to
the outlet?
Heater is faulty.
Contact your local
Factory Authorized
Service Center!
Turn the heater
switch "OFF".
Reconnect the
power cord to the
proper outlet.
