8.3 Parental Control
8.3.1 User Setup
Parental Control is used to control the Internet access by using content filter and ToD filter.
Trusted computers can be designated with MAC addresses so all users can safely access the
internet with the PC.
Customers can create several parental policies and allocate them to a specific user
configuration, as needed.
To configure Parental Controls, perform the following:
1)
Enter a user name then click the Add User button.
2)
After selecting a user names, click on the
“
Enable
” checkbox to apply the
selected Content Rules.
NOTE
Login information will be requested as soon as the Parental Control
feature is activated, therefore, Username and Password will need to be
entered for internet access.
