Malfunction Issue

How to Check & Confirm

Even if the POWER button

is pressed, the power will

not turn on / display

Press and hold the POWER button on the unit to turn

on the power. If the power does not turn on after a

long press, please contact the seller.

It will heat up due to the nature of the machine, but if

it gets high immediately after turning on the power,

please contact your distributor.

The machine is not placed perpendicular to the skin.

The number of SHOTs may have been used up. Please

check the LCD display.

Please stop using it immediately and contact your

distributor.

The machine is getting

too hot during use
