LP/EP-50H
To enter firmware download mode:
- Press <LF> button and then switch the printer on. Hold the button down for at least 5 seconds.
A specific 4-tone sound is heard and "Flash programming mode" is printed.
To download LP50H firmware:
Start LoadLP50H.exe . Select the firmware file LP50H_ALL.bin using button "Select file". Select the COM port
number used. "Ignore boot flash" must be checked. Click on "Download" button and wait until the download is
complete. After power off the new firmware will be active.
To download EP50H firmware:
Start LoadEP50H.exe. Select the firmware file EP50H_ALL.bin using button "Select file". Select the COM port
number used. "Ignore boot flash" must be checked, "Ignore firmware" must be NOT checked, "Ignore chinese
font" must be checked. Select the the code page You want to be default (It can be changed later using
command ESC t, this choise select the active code page after power on). Click on "Download" button and wait
until the download is complete. After power off the new firmware will be active.
