Device settings

Language, time & units
: Select the language, units, and date and time formats to be
used in the camera.

Screen brightness
: Adjust the brightness of the screen.
Note
You can also adjust the screen brightness on the Quick menu, see section 5.3
.

Update
: Check for updates and install new firmware versions. The camera must be
connected to the internet. See also section 15
.

User interface options
:

Manual adjustment mode
: Select the type of manual image adjustment mode (ap-
plicable to the navigation pad). See also section 8.4.4
◦
Color theme
: Select light or dark theme for the user interface.

Reset options
:

Reset default camera mode...
: This will affect the image mode, color palette, meas-
urement tools, and measurement parameters. Saved images will not be affected.
◦
Reset device settings to factory default...
: This will affect all camera settings, in-
cluding regional settings. Saved images will not be affected. The camera will be re-
started and you will be prompted to set the regional settings.
◦
Reset image counter...
: This will reset the numbering of the images. The next num-
ber will be based on the highest existing number in the image archive.
Note
When a reset option is selected, a dialog box is displayed with more informa-
tion. You can choose to execute the reset action or to cancel.

Camera information
: Information about the camera and regulatory information.
