CONTROL —
This USB-style connector port is cabled to the 9-pin
COM
port connector of a host computer
for local 4X16SP-1000BT Copper Gigabit Switch control in a stand alone 4X16SP-1000BT
switch configuration or as the first 4X16SP-1000BT switch in a daisy-chain configuration. A
daisy-chained 4X16SP-1000BT switch
CONTROL
port is cabled to the
LINK
port of the preced-
ing sequence switch in the daisy-chain.

This USB-style connector port is cabled to the
CONTROL
port of the next in sequence 4X16SP-
1000BT switch when connected in a daisy-chain configuration.

These ports are RJ45 connectors used for making connection to SPAN network
device connectors or In-Line taps.

These ports are RJ45 connectors cabled to the next in sequence 4X16SP-1000BT
