Counting a Preset Number of Seeds
Caution
The SEED count JR machine is intended only
for counting Seeds. Do not count anything
else in it!
Make sure the seeds are clean from dirt and
dust before pouring them into the bowl.
Do not touch the plastic bowl and particularly
do not apply any force to it.
SEED count JR can be used to count a preset number of seeds.
Note that the SEED count JR may sometime count a few seeds
more than the specified number. For instance, if you have chosen to
count 100 seeds, counter may count 101 seeds. The display screen
will show 101, the exact number of seeds counted. This is not a
malfunction. SEED count JR stops counting when it has reached the
specified number. But because some seeds may fall together, a
number of seeds may be in midair while the machine is stopping.
Notes:
•
To avoid the extra counted Seeds, adjust the track width to be
as close as possible to the width of the Seeds.
•
To make the counting effective and quick, make sure the
feeding track is full. If there are gaps between seeds at the end
of each counted batch, the end of the process will be delayed.
Thus, when counting the last batch, it is better to count it all
without setting a preset number.
After the counting has stopped, take out the bag and remove the
excess seeds by hand.
