5.1 GENERAL NOTES
Carry out an empty cycle to check the efficiency of the punching machine; then carry out an initial machining
cycle to test the different stations of the punching machine using profile offcuts, in order to check the working
measurements, adjusting the measurements where possible and as necessary.
5.1 Pneumatic Valve Safety Instructions

To lock the pneumatic circuit on the punching
machine, activate the safety junction in position 1
(see picture 1).
The air supply must be stopped
upstream of the circuit.

To disconnect the punching machine from the
pneumatic, activate the safety junction in position 1
and then in position 2 (see picture 2).
