Use
Light the barbecue.
Fit the electric motor to the motor bracket
and plug it in.
Place the expansion ring into the barbecue
kettle.
Place one fork (13) on the skewer and screw
it securely in the required position using the
wing nut.
Place the meat on the skewer so that the
fork holds one end of the meat securely.
Place the other fork on the skewer and push
it in so that it holds the other end of the
meat securely. Screw the fork tight using
the wing nut.
Place the roll on the skewer and screw it
tight to the tip of the skewer.
Insert the skewer into the socket on the
motor.
Lower the other end of the skewer so that
the roll rests on the edge of the expansion
ring.
Place the lid of the barbecue on the
expansion ring.
Switch on the electric motor.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the skewer and forks after each use.
It is easier to clean the parts if they are still
slightly warm.
Wash the parts in warm water with a little
washing-up liquid. Use a brush or a sponge
to remove any burnt on charcoal.
Dry the parts thoroughly before putting
them away for storage.
If necessary, lubricate the parts with a thin
layer of cooking oil.
Wipe the expansion ring with a damp cloth.
