Installing OSQB back pressure valve

Fit spring (45) in position on piston (46) with Vaseline.

1. Place in assembled piston and spring.

2. Place in ball (48) in the piston (46).

3. Place O-ring (49.2) on plug (49).

a) Fit spring (47) in plug (49) with Vaseline.

b)

Screw in assembled plug and spring using an 8 mm

Hex key,

25 ± 3 N·m [221 ± 27 lbf·in].
