For Customer Service requests, the manufacturer’s technical service department must be contacted in
order to obtain an Authorisation to Return Materials number. No return will be accepted without the
previously obtained ARM number. Danew reserves the right to determine whether or not the
malfunction of the item is due to poor or improper use or handling by the user.

Our standard warranty period is one year (12 months) for the tablet and one month (30 days) for the
