• Blocked air fl ow; ensure that the air inlets are not blocked.
• Appliance size is too small for application; consider a larger
appliance.
Noise
• The ground is not level; ensure the appliance is level
• Air
fi lters are dirty; ensure the air fi lter is clean
• Gurgling sounds are normal; this is the refrigerant moving inside
the appliance
Odors
• Usually caused by the formation of mold or mildew on internal
wet surfaces.
• Ensure the fi lter is clean.
• Run the air conditioner on fan mode to remove any internal
moisture.
Can I leave my the window kit
in place through the winter?
No, this is not recommended.
What is the electrical rating?
This information can be found on the rating plate located on the side
of the unit.
Can I use an extension cord?
No, an extension cord may not be used.
When should I use the exhaust
hose?
The exhaust hose should be used in cool mode. It is optional in dry
and fan mode.
Can I extend the length of the
exhaust hose?
No, the exhaust hose cannot be extended. Instead use an additional
fan to blow the cool air to other locations.
When should I use the drain
hose?
The drain hose should be used with the continuous drain during dry
mode.

• Ensure that permissions are enabled for storage, location, camera, Wi-Fi and
Bluetooth.
• Check the mobile connected WLAN router SSID and password is correct.
• Check whether there are additional settings of the WLAN router such as:
• Firewall by router itself or by PC
• MAC address fi ltering
• Hidden
SSID
• DHCP
server
• Reboot the WLAN router, mobile device and the appliance and try connecting
again.
• Before rebooting, check that no one else has already connected to the appliance.
Mobile device
cannot control
the appliance
• In the case of a power failure, the wireless will lose permissions to control the
appliance for 3 minutes.
• If the wireless does not automatically reconnect after 3 minutes, you may need to
connect the wireless again.
Mobile device
cannot fi nd
the appliance
• Check that the appliance is turned on and has power.
• Check that the wireless router is turned on and has power.
• Check that the internet connection is working.
• Check that the mobile device is charged and can connect to the internet.
• The appliance may have disappeared from the device list; try to readd it again.
