5 USAGE WARNINGS
5-1 PRODUCTS STOCKING
This cabinet is suitable to stock products which, when loaded in the cabinet, already are at their ideal
conservation temperature. Frozen goods must not be loaded in the cabinet if their temperature is below –18°C.
Loading products which are not chilled or frozen
has the effect to increase the temperature inside the
cabinet, thus making working conditions worse with
the possibility to damage the products already
stocked. It is necessary to avoid products remaining
outside the refrigerator for a too long time.
For correct working of the cabinet it is necessary
that the products inside the cabinet are placed on
the shelves, in order not to interfere with the
refrigerated air, which must freely circulate
throughout the cabinet.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT OVERLOAD THE
CABINET, IN PARTICULAR UNDER THE
EVAPORATOR.
Opening the doors causes a temperature increase,
since cold air comes out the cabinet. We
recommend, therefore, to keep doors open only for
the time necessary to load or empty the cabinet.
NOTE: should products remain in not refrigerated
places longer than two hours, it is necessary to chill
the products in cold rooms before loading them
back into the cabinet.
It is forbidden to re-freeze already frozen products.

5-2 DEFROST
This cabinet is already fitted with an automatic defrost system, factory adjusted, which can be modified in
duration, interval and number of defrosts by adjusting the electronic control panel; this operation must be done
by qualified personnel.
In some cases, a manual defrost might be necessary. Either use the dedicated function of the control panel or
simply switch off the cabinet, after having emptied it, for a time sufficient for the ice formed on the evaporator to
melt (time may vary according to climate, environmental conditions and to the quantity of ice formed).
5-3 CABINET CLEANING
It is necessary to keep the refrigerating unit clean.
First, switch off the cabinet, do not use direct streams of water, do not use tools to remove the ice, but follow
instructions as per point 5-2.
Use warm (not hot) water with light detergent, dry with a soft cloth.
Should unpacked goods be stocked in your cabinet, we advise a complete cleaning and a defrost every week,
to avoid bacteria growth.
Should only packed goods be stocked, this cleaning and defrost must be done at least monthly..
We suggest to daily clean the external parts of the cabinet and the internal part of the door, where gaskets are.
