12.1
Serial interface
External devices, such as the RS485 contact interface, can be connected to the serial
interface.
The Crosslink functionality is only supported via the DaVid Protocol (e.g. with PView).
Open the

dialogue via

The fields for
Mode
, Baud,
Bits
etc. are set to default values. However, the required set-
tings depend on the external device you wish to use. See the manual supplied with the
external device for details of the required values.

This dialogue allows the Contact OUT relays to be configured.
This function can be used with a RS485 contact interface only.
