Maintenance
Good maintenance ensures a long life for the TRIMAX and therefore optimal
yield from the stubble cultivator. Grease fittings have therefore been installed
in places where wear is greatest.
All screw connections must be tightened after the first day of work. Cotter
pins and bolts should be checked to avoid breakdowns. The hydraulic system
should also be checked to ensure it is air-tight.
All maintenance and repair work on TRIMAX must be conducted only when
the machine is lowered to the ground or, is set in transport mode, the tractor
has the brake on, the engine is switched off and the ignition key is removed,
so that the machine is secured and crushing accidents are prevented.
