Side 23 

The Crackerboard can be mounted at the factory, but it can also be delivered at a 
later time if needed. A crane or similar equipment is required for mounting.

Unfold MAXIROLL.

First  mount  the  middle  section  to 
the flanges (A) of the drawbar.

Mount  the  side  sections  to  the 
flanges (A).

Mount the hydraulic cylinders.

Connect the hoses to the cylinders.

Tighten the clamp holding the hoses 
(A)  and  insert  the  hoses  through 
the hose clamps on the drawbar.

Tighten  all  fittings  and  connect  the 
Crackerboard  to  the  hydraulic  sys-
tem of the tractor. 

 

 

 

 

It is important to thoroughly bleed air out of the system to avoid personal injury. 
Move the depth adjustment cylinders up and down to the fully extended position 
several times to get air out of the system. 

 

Locking Kit 

As an accessory to the Crackerboard, a locking kit is available. The locking kit inter-
locks the tines into a long board divided into three sections. The Crackerboard will 
then function more like a levelling board.
