Too much pressure
on middle section •
Insufficient weight

Activate the lever of the hydraulic
wing fold, so that more pressure is
transferred to the wings (see ”Oper-
ating and Driving Instructions”).

The pressure is
too high

Adjust the hitch and the middle sec-
tion (see ”Adjusting hitch height” and
”Adjusting middle section”).

Middle section is
not horizontal
•
Adjust the hitch and the middle sec-

on the outer edges
of the wing sections

transfer and move the lever to the

draulic weight transfer”)

check valve is de-
fective

Cylinder (set of
seals) leak
•
Set the weight transfer to 15 bar and
move the lever into the floating posi-
tion. Leave the MAXIROLL in a sta-
tionary position for ½ hour. If the
pressure falls, the pilot operated
check valve is defective or there can
be dirt in the valve (take the valve
apart and clean the parts).
Wing sections do
not follow the ter-
rain •
Hydraulic weight
transfer system is
not in the floating
position

Set the hydraulic weight transfer in
the floating position (see
”Adjusting
hydraulic weight transfer”)
