LED "D1" in the rear
enclosure on the Circuit
Board is ON. It is located
next to Fuse "F4".
Is RED LED
"D1" ON?
Replace blown
fuse with exact
type and rating
Check CONVEYOR
OUTPUT CABLE and
Connectors for
damage and proper fit
Cables and
Connectors
OK?
Make proper
connections and/or
replace damaged
ones
Test the Output
Current going through
the CONVEYOR VALVE
SOLENOID.
Does the CONVEYOR
move faster & slower as
the CONVEYOR SPEED
ADJUSTMENT KNOB Is
turned up & down?

Does the FUSE keep
blowing after replacing
it during this troubleshooting
