8.5 Testing loop n° 2
(example 2: ON (arm)/OFF (disarm) command)
The LED indicator lamp comes on in green each time the loop is
activated.
To check the automatic ON (arm)/OFF (disarm) command has been
taken into account:
1.
press the test button once,
2.
activate the ON (arm)/OFF (disarm) command (activate the NC
contact). The test LED indicator lamp will come on in green,
3.
de-activate the ON (arm)/OFF (disarm) command (NC contact
closed). The test LED indicator lamp will go out.
The LED indicator lamp comes on in red each time the loop is
activated.
To check the flood probe is set for detection:
1.
press the test button once,
2.
activate the flood probe (activate the NO contact).
The test LED indicator lamp will come on in red,
3.
de-activate the flood probe (NO contact open).
The test LED indicator lamp will go out.
