Maximum  allowable  length  of  the  flue  duct  up  to  common
chimney is 2  1 60/100 90° elbow.

Subtract  equivalent  length  value  of  bends  from  the  allowable  flue
length value.

Type B53 (open flue system)

The  boiler  draws  combustion  air  from  the  installation  room  and
expels flue gas through the flue to above the roof (1).

The  boiler  draws  combustion  air  from  the  installation  room  and
routes flue gas through the moisture-resistant chimney to above the
roof (2).
